Gift voucher questions
Can I schedule the voucher to arrive on a specific date?
Yes. At checkout, choose to send it later rather than straight away, and pick any date up to twelve months ahead — a birthday, an anniversary, or any date that suits. We email it to your recipient by 8am Perth time on the date you choose, and you will receive a confirmation email once it has been sent.
Can the recipient use part of the voucher and keep the rest for later?
Yes. If a treatment costs less than the voucher’s full value, we deduct what is spent and keep the remaining balance on the voucher for a future visit — just mention it at the counter and we will adjust it for them. There is no need to use the full amount in one visit.
How long is a Fern & Soul massage gift voucher valid?
Three years from the day it is issued, which is the minimum required under Australian Consumer Law. There is no rush on the recipient to find a date.
What can a massage gift voucher be redeemed on?
Any treatment on our menu — remedial, relaxation with hot stones, deep tissue and trigger point, sports, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy, reflexology, facial and head massage or myofascial cupping. The recipient chooses the treatment and the time that suit them, and a voucher can be put towards a longer session.
How much should I spend on a massage gift voucher?
Enough for the treatment you have in mind, or any amount you like. $70 covers a 30 minute session on one problem area, $110 the signature 60 minute massage and $170 the 90 minute whole-body treatment. Any custom amount from $50 works too.
Can I buy a gift voucher in the studio rather than online?
Yes. Pop in to the studio in Innaloo during opening hours or give us a call and we will sort it out for you. Online is the faster route if you need it in a hurry, as it arrives by email the moment the payment goes through.
Can two people use a gift voucher at the same time?
We treat one client in the studio at a time, so two people book back-to-back appointments rather than side by side. If you are giving to a couple, a voucher each lets them each choose their own time.
